I need a responsive website that automatically pulls real-estate listings from BankEAuctions.com, stores them in an internal database, and publishes them on my own domain under a clean front-end. Every listing should show price, location, property type, and bank name, with tags for residential, commercial, warehouse and other categories. Search & filter Users must be able to refine results by price range, location, property type, and bank name. Speed matters, so indexed search and server-side pagination should keep queries fast even as the database grows. Advertising Pages and individual listing views have to be ready for Google AdSense. Ad slots should follow best-practice placement without hurting Core Web Vitals. Data flow • Scheduled crawler or API pull grabs new listings from BankEAuctions.com at least once a day and updates changed records. • A simple admin dashboard lets me trigger on-demand syncs, edit or hide individual entries, and add new source sites later (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc.). Tech notes I’m open on the stack, but modern, SEO-friendly frameworks such as Next.js, Nuxt, Laravel + Vue, or Django + React are welcome. The site must be mobile-first, HTTPS, and deployable on a standard cloud host (AWS, GCP, or similar). Acceptance criteria 1. Automated import from BankEAuctions.com completes without manual intervention. 2. Search returns accurate, filtered results in under two seconds. 3. Google AdSense code validates and shows live ads in all designated slots. 4. Admin panel allows CRUD on listings and future source management. 5. Lighthouse performance score of 90+ on desktop and mobile. Please keep the code well-commented and provide deployment instructions along with the finished project. Note - Please add by mentioning that "I have read the project description"
