I’m building a business that produces sponsored real estate presentation folders. I would like mock-ups with sizing SIMILAR to the these pictures in the feature size page shown here: https://movingtogether.com/folders/feature-sizes/ I also want a some mockups designed to use throughout website with and without advertising on the folders (samples attached) What I need: • A 3D mock-up of an open real estate presentation folder (A4 with pocket and business card slot) with and without advertising (for marketing purposes and website pictures) • mockups of Ad placement boxes labelled (1/16 page, 1/8 page, 1/4 page, banner etc.) for the size page of the website (as shown on link, please use a different layout of boxes so it is not exactly the same). •As we will have a sample folder printed we would also require the advertisement squares (for both sides of folder) with sizes sent in a format that can be uploaded and printed onto a folder. Important: I do NOT want an exact copy of these designs. I want the same concept and style, but with a slightly different layout and colours. Deliverables: • Editable file (Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva) if possible • High-resolution mock-up images for marketing As we design the website and marketing material we may need to engage further services from the freelancer.
