Mobile App (iOS & Android) – Refinement, Store Publishing, Payments & Compliance Project Overview I have already developed a working mobile application using Emergent. The app is not a prototype and not a greenfield project: the core functionality, UX, and architecture are already in place and available in preview. I am looking for an experienced mobile developer or small team to handle the final technical, publishing, compliance, and protection steps required to bring the app to production on Apple App Store and Google Play. ⸻ Scope of Work 1. Review & Refinement of Existing App • Review the current Emergent-based implementation • Minor UI/UX improvements • Code and performance review • Small fixes and optimizations where needed • No full rewrite required or desired ⸻ 2. App Store & Google Play Deployment • Preparation of production builds for: • iOS (App Store) • Android (Google Play) • Support with: • Apple Developer Account & Google Play Console • TestFlight / Internal testing • Store submission and approval process • Handling store guidelines and rejection fixes if needed ⸻ 3. Payments & Monetization • Review and finalize in-app payments • Ensure compliance with: • Apple In-App Purchase rules • Google Play Billing rules • Support for digital goods / microtransactions • Backend and client-side validation ⸻ 4. Legal & Regulatory Compliance (Technical Implementation) Important: legal texts will be provided or validated by legal professionals. Your role is technical implementation and enforcement. • Integration of: • Terms & Conditions • Privacy Policy • GDPR compliance (EU users) • Country-based feature enforcement where required • Data handling, consent flows, and user rights (delete/export) ⸻ 5.
