I opened an account on https://crm.naka-solution.org/login for NK-Solution’s crypto-trading CRM using my Gmail address and a password I set myself. Right now, every time I follow that link the page shows an active session under someone else’s Gmail and password; I can’t even reach the normal sign-in page. I am the authorised user of the account and need to remove this unauthorised takeover as quickly as possible. I have already written to the platform’s support team yet still have no access, so I’m turning to an experienced security-minded freelancer for help. The goal is simple: kick the intruder out, restore my exclusive access, and put protections in place so it doesn’t happen again. Deliverables • Terminate all active sessions linked to the intruder and reconnect the account exclusively to my Gmail. • Guide me (or implement directly, if feasible) through a secure password reset and any back-end changes needed to block future hijacks. • Provide a short preventive checklist—2FA setup, recommended password policy, and any CRM-specific settings—to keep the account secure.
