Platform My day-to-day tool is Microsoft Excel, so the finished file must be fully editable there. If you want to create supporting elements in Power BI, Tableau, or a lightweight web layer, that’s fine as long as I can still tweak numbers, ranges, and labels on my own. What the dashboard must show • Individual KPI gauges for each of the six regions • One rolled-up gauge for the combined North regions • One for the combined South regions • A single overall gauge that blends every region together Visual style Crisp, uncluttered, and board-presentation friendly. Gauges are my preferred component, but I’m open to complementary visuals (traffic-light indicators, bar or line trend inserts) if they sharpen the story without crowding the page. Key requirements • Clean up and structure the existing dataset (no manual fixes needed later). • All formulas, look-ups, and links must update automatically when new data is pasted in. • Clear colour coding for thresholds—green on target, amber near limit, red off track. • Simple way to adjust targets or weightings for any KPI. • Final deliverable: one unlocked Excel workbook plus a brief “how-to” note so I can maintain it.
