The focus is twofold: realistic 3D exterior modeling/rendering and a coordinated MEP layout that fits seamlessly within that design. You’ll take my existing concept (site photos, dimensions and any supplementary notes I can share) and turn it into a detailed exterior model—complete with accurate materials, lighting, and landscaping—and then overlay a practical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scheme that respects local codes. Because the house is still in the planning phase I’m flexible on stylistic choices for the façade, backyard, and roof; I’m open to your creative direction as long as it aligns with standard residential best practices. Deliverables • Native 3D model file plus high-resolution still renders (day & night) • Separate, well-layered MEP drawings in DWG/PDF with legends and schedules • A short walkthrough or fly-around video (30–60 sec) for overall spatial review • One revision round after the first submission to fine-tune both visuals and services layouts I’m comfortable working in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD or a similar mainstream toolset, so let me know which platform you prefer.
