I already have the floor plans, precise dimensions, and a full set of site photographs for my residential build. What I now need is a convincing front-elevation presentation—ideally a colour image or simple 3-D view—that shows exactly how the house will look from the street. I’ll guide the creative direction step by step rather than locking into one preset “Modern”, “Traditional”, or “Contemporary” label. After each round I’ll give clear comments so we can fine-tune details such as cladding, window trims, entry canopy and lighting until the façade matches my vision. I can supply additional reference images that illustrate elements I like, so you’ll have visual cues from the start. Your task is to translate all that input into: • A high-resolution elevation (front view) aligned to my measurements • One perspective or 3-D visual to help me judge depth, materials and proportions • Up to two minor revision rounds once I review the first draft Final files should be delivered in both PDF (print) and an editable format from whichever software you use—SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar—so my architect can incorporate the elevation back into the master drawing set.
