I have hand-drawn, to-scale sketches for a single-family home and now need them translated into a polished SketchUp model. The task is straightforward: create one accurate floor plan and four elevations from my drawings for cabinetry and an english style bar. The style is deliberately traditional, and the decorative trim sketched on the sheets must read clearly in the final model. You’ll receive PDFs with dimensions marked. Your job is to reproduce them faithfully, tidy up any inconsistencies, and deliver a file I can continue editing. Accuracy is more important than creative license, so please stick to what’s on the page unless we discuss a change first. Deliverables: • Native SketchUp (.skp) file with a clean, well-organized model and scene tabs for North, South, East, and West elevations • Dimensioned PDFs of the floor plan and the four elevations, set for printing at 1/4" = 1'-0" (or metric equivalent) Please group and layer sensibly so materials and components are easy to tweak later. If anything about the decorative trim profiles is unclear, ask early—I’m quick to respond. I would require this drawings one week from today at latest.
