The project calls for a seasoned architect to turn a shell commercial space into a functional, code-compliant restaurant. My focus is strictly on interior layout planning: translating the concept and operational flow I already have in mind into a clear set of drawings that a contractor and local authorities can approve without delay. Scope of work • Analyse the existing floor plate (PDF and rough measurements will be provided) • Propose an efficient front-of-house and back-of-house arrangement that balances guest capacity with smooth staff circulation • Locate kitchen, storage, restrooms, bar, and service runs in compliance with restaurant health and fire codes • Optimise seating density while respecting accessibility requirements • Deliver a refined layout in both PDF and an editable CAD/Revit format ready for permit submission Acceptance criteria • Scaled plan with furniture, equipment, and fixture tags • Clear circulation arrows and egress widths called out • Notations referencing applicable local code sections • One round of revisions after my team’s review If you routinely craft restaurant interiors and can work nimbly in AutoCAD or Revit, your expertise will be invaluable to getting this concept open on schedule.
