I’m putting together a small, close-knit team to bring a new Hospital Roleplay experience to life on Roblox. The project is still in concept-planning, so this is the moment where every idea can shape the final game. Co-Game Designer You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with me on storyline development—crafting the plot, writing engaging dialogue, and mapping out mission designs that keep players coming back. Expect plenty of brainstorming sessions and collaboration on the overall vision as we refine mechanics, pacing, and player progression. Lead Scripter If Lua is second nature, you’ll build the core systems that make the hospital feel alive: admission queues, patient AI behaviours, medical equipment interactions, and game-loop rewards. Builder Using Roblox Studio, you’ll create an immersive hospital environment—from bustling ER bays to diagnostic labs—optimised for performance on a range of devices. UI / UX Designer You’ll translate our medical theme into clear, intuitive interfaces: triage dashboards, patient charts, and mission prompts that keep roleplay flowing. Key Deliverables • Narrative bible covering plot, dialogue samples, and mission flow • Technical prototypes or script modules demonstrating core mechanics • Modular hospital assets and set pieces ready for integration • UI mock-ups and live screens compatible with Roblox Gui objects We’ll iterate quickly in Studio, communicate through Discord, and version control with GitHub to keep everything tidy.
