Role Objective Convert existing users into paid customers by: Reaching out via WhatsApp, email, or calls Understanding user pain points Explaining product value clearly Closing subscription deals Key Responsibilities Reach out to existing users (70+ users) Explain features, plans, and pricing Handle objections & answer product doubts Help users choose the right subscription plan Close deals and ensure payment completion Maintain follow-ups and conversion tracking Ideal Candidate Experience in SaaS sales / inside sales / customer success Good communication skills (English + Hindi) Knows how to sell value, not discounts Comfortable with targets & conversions Startup mindset (hands-on, fast-moving) Compensation (Flexible) Fixed + commission OR Pure commission per conversion (Commission on every successful paid subscription) Goal Convert free users to paid plans Increase MRR with minimum ad spend
