We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team on a remote, long-term contract basis. You will be part of a digital engineering team responsible for building and maintaining a secure member portal for both web and mobile platforms. This platform supports a rewards-based system designed to encourage users to take healthy actions. This is a remote and open-ended position — the contract duration is flexible and may be extended based on project needs. We’re seeking someone who can contribute across the full stack and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment. Note: Due to time zone alignment and client collaboration requirements, we prefer candidates who can work standard business hours in European or American time zones. Key Responsibilities - Develop full-stack features using React, Node.js, Java, and Python - Build and integrate APIs using GraphQL and REST - Work with AWS cloud infrastructure - Maintain and optimize relational database systems (DB2 or similar) - Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and QA engineers - Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and deployment processes - Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications Required Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer - Strong front-end skills in React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS - Proficient in Node.js and at least one of Java or Python - Experience with AWS and GraphQL APIs - Familiarity with relational databases (DB2 or equivalent) - Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup - Strong communication and collaboration skills (English level B2 or above)
