A WhatsApp message is sent to the same lead, using an approved WhatsApp Business solution. The flow should work both for brand-new leads and for status changes, with easy-to-adjust templates so I can refine messaging without touching code. I expect full end-to-end setup, API or webhook connections from Sembark, tested delivery of email and WhatsApp messages, and a brief hand-off guide showing where to edit copy and pause or resume the automation. Deliverables: • Live, tested automation connecting Sembark → Brevo/Mailchimp → WhatsApp • Template placeholders I can update myself • Short set-up & maintenance document I am looking for a clean, reliable solution—whether you prefer Zapier, Make, direct API work, or another method—so long as it runs unattended and logs basic success/failure data for troubleshooting.
