What you’ll drive day-to-day • Website & lead engine – keep our site sharp, route every form fill or call into the CRM, follow up fast, and refine funnels so lead volume keeps climbing. • Contract flow – evaluate deals, draft and track purchase agreements, coordinate assignments, and make sure every file closes cleanly. • Marketing & public image – build the Direct Close brand, run Google Ads/Facebook Ads, polish social profiles, and present a professional, trustworthy face to sellers and buyers alike. Primary goals 1. Generate more qualified seller leads. 2. Streamline every step from offer to assignment so deals move quicker. 3. Elevate brand visibility so Direct Close looks and feels bigger than we are today.
