The goal is a stable, simplified, branded, and maintainable solution that resolves current reliability, usability, and design issues. Scope of work - Review current SharePoint structure, libraries, lists, pages, navigation, and permissions. - Diagnose and remediate supplier questionnaire workflows end-to-end. - Fix and stabilize PDF and non-PDF document approval workflows. - Ensure reliable handling of revisions, metadata, versioning, and document lifecycle. - Improve Power Automate resilience (ownership, expiry risk, error handling). - Simplify user and admin interactions while maintaining ISO and security compliance. - Rationalize information architecture and improve site navigation. - Apply company branding and redesign key pages for a modern, clean experience. - Ensure the system is practical and maintainable for internal administrators. References - The system supports ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001. Additional information A signed NDA is required due to access to sensitive compliance data. Ideal Candidate Proven experience delivering or fixing SharePoint‑based QMS or document management systems. Strong hands‑on experience with Power Automate workflows, including troubleshooting broken or unreliable flows. Experience handling document approval processes, metadata, versioning, and non‑standard file types (e.g. Visio). Comfortable simplifying complex SharePoint structures and improving usability. Able to apply basic branding and UX improvements within SharePoint. Familiar with working in ISO‑aligned environments (9001 / 14001 / 27001 preferred). Methodical, security‑aware, and able to work under NDA.
