I’m developing an automatic helmet-cleaning kiosk and now need a professionally engineered sheet-metal enclosure for it. The job centres on translating my overall size constraints, component mounting points, and access requirements into a manufacturable design that can be laser-cut, bent, and assembled in low-volume production. I’ll share a rough layout, internal component models, and aesthetic references as soon as we start. From there, I need you to: • Build a complete 3D CAD model of the enclosure (SolidWorks, Inventor, or a neutral STEP file are all fine). • Produce flat-pattern drawings with bend lines, hole call-outs, and material specs ready for sheet-metal fabrication. • Generate an itemised BOM listing fasteners, hinges, gaskets, and any off-the-shelf hardware. • Provide exploded views or assembly instructions so my fabricator can put everything together without guesswork. Key considerations: proper ventilation, easy access panels for maintenance, splash-proof joins, and enough internal clearance for motors, pumps, and electronics I’ll specify. I’m aiming for a clean, kiosk-style exterior with rounded edges and minimal visible screws, but I’m open to your DFM suggestions if they simplify production. Once the CAD files are approved I’ll run a prototype; final payment releases after the first unit assembles smoothly and all drawings pass my fabricator’s review. If you’ve designed kiosks, vending machines, or other sheet-metal enclosures before, I’d love to see relevant samples so we can move quickly. Please go through the attached image for your reference
