All gateway credentials have been entered in the Shopify settings, so the issue seems to be in the handshake between the storefront, the subscription logic and the gateway. What I need • A developer who can enable smooth, monthly recurring charges for my plans. • Preferred gateway order: Cashfree or Razorpay; PayPal only if the first two prove impossible. • Whatever solution you apply must pass real-world test transactions and reflect successful orders inside the Shopify admin. Current status • Theme and subscription products are in place. • Gateway settings show as “Active”, but I’m not sure what error is blocking the charge—it just never completes. • No third-party subscription app is locked in, so you’re free to suggest the cleanest method (Shopify Subscription APIs, custom app, or a reputable marketplace app) as long as it supports the gateways above. Deliverable A fully functional subscription checkout that: 1. Authorizes and captures the first payment. 2. Automatically bills subsequent months without manual intervention. 3. Logs each payment in both Shopify Orders and the gateway dashboard. 4. Includes a brief hand-off note so I can maintain or update the setup later.
