Shopify-to-WordPress Store Migration

I run an online store that currently lives on Shopify, and I’m ready to leave the platform to eliminate their monthly fees. I need the entire shop—products, pages, and branding—rebuilt on WordPress while keeping the look and feel familiar to my customers. At the same time, I want the overall layout and site structure tightened up so it feels cleaner and guides shoppers to checkout more smoothly. Think of it as a faithful copy of the existing storefront, but with smarter page hierarchy, clearer navigation, and a refined visual flow. I’ll provide full access to my Shopify admin for exporting product data, theme files, and any other assets you need. The finished site should be set up on WordPress (preferably using WooCommerce or a comparable plugin) and handed back to me fully functional, mobile-responsive, and ready for traffic. Acceptance criteria: • Every current product, variant, image, and description is live on WordPress and matches the original content. • Page layouts mirror the existing design yet show measurable improvement in section spacing, readability, and conversion-focused structure. • Core pages load quickly and pass standard performance checks. • All links, menus, and checkout flows work end-to-end. If you’re comfortable handling full Shopify data export, WordPress theme customization, and front-end refinement, let’s get started.
