I am building an online arena where singers pay to compete for a season-long prize and, crucially, where every supporter they register becomes part of the scoring engine. Supporters buy an entrance pass by credit card, gain access to every performance video, and cast one vote per day; each vote is instantly converted to points that accumulate on the singer’s leaderboard. At season’s end, the singer with the most votes wins, while the Singer Supporter Award goes to the act whose supporters generated the highest point total. If that singer named a non-profit, every donation collected during the season is released to that charity—regardless of the singer’s elimination status. Singer Will be separate in a daily groups with one winner per day 6 days weekly finalist will result in one week winner with no prize, this weekly winner will pass to final round at the end of the season Core build requirements • Cross-platform delivery for Android and iOS with a single codebase that can scale to simultaneous regional or themed seasons. • Secure credit-card–only payments for singer entry fees, supporter entrance fees, and optional donations (Stripe, Braintree or similar). • Seamless singer registration, supporter sign-up, and profile areas. • Real-time vote-to-point conversion visibly updating on every performer’s page so fans always see votes, points, and donation totals at a glance. • Embedded YouTube player to host performance videos and automatically collect view-based ad revenue back to the platform. • Invitation sharing flow (deep links, social share sheets) so singers can recruit supporters effortlessly. • Admin dashboard for season creation, video moderation, dispute resolution, and payout management. • Hardened back-end with role-based access, encrypted data at rest and in transit, and audit logs. Acceptance criteria 1. A new supporter can pay, watch the current catalog, and cast a validated vote in under five minutes. 2. Leaderboards refresh within five seconds of any vote. 3. Donation totals, votes, and points remain consistent across app, admin panel, and database exports. 4. Full penetration-test report delivered before app store submission. 5. App passes Apple App Store and Google Play review on first submission. I am open to proven stacks such as Flutter + Firebase, React Native + Node/Express, or a comparable architecture—provided it remains expandable and robust. Please outline your proposed tech stack, estimated timeline, and any past work with secure payment flows or live voting mechanics when you reply.
