Check out our bootcamp: https://www.borderlesscoding.com/en/bootcamp-web3 We’re launching a new Solana module in our Web3 Global Developer Bootcamp and looking for an experienced Solana developer to teach a practical, project-based component focused on real-world dApp development. Your Role As the Solana Instructor, you’ll: Teach a 12-hour program (can be live or pre-recorded) for intermediate Web3 developers. Guide students through building and deploying Solana programs using Rust + Anchor. Explain Solana’s architecture, accounts, programs, PDAs, and tokens in a clear and structured way. Provide example projects, best practices, and code templates. Optionally engage in short Q&A sessions or recorded code reviews. Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Solana, Rust, and Anchor. Solid understanding of Solana SDK, on-chain programs, and wallet interactions. Ability to teach clearly in English. (Bonus) Experience with React + TypeScript front-ends. (Bonus) Prior teaching or mentoring experience. Format & Schedule Total: 12 hours of instruction. Format: Flexible — can be 3–4 sessions (live via Zoom) or pre-recorded modules. Start date: Mid-November 2025. Remote and async-friendly. Compensation $40-50/hour USD Total contract: $500-600 USD Payment per session or milestone via Freelancer.com.
