Shopify eCommerce Growth Specialist Needed (Social Buildout, Trust & Reviews, Brevo Funnels, GMC) We are looking for an experienced Shopify/eCommerce growth specialist or small team to help review and optimize an existing Shopify store and turn it into a high-converting, trust-focused brand. Your responsibilities will include: Auditing the current Shopify store and identifying gaps in conversion, trust, and user experience Refining store structure, product pages, and on-site CRO elements Setting up or improving trust signals: reviews, testimonials, UGC, guarantees, policies, badges, etc. Building or optimizing Brevo (Sendinblue) email flows and automations (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.) Ensuring proper configuration of Google Merchant Center (GMC) and resolving any feed or policy issues Setting up and/or refining Meta tracking stack: Pixel, CAPI, events, and audiences Implementing accurate analytics and tracking across GA4, GTM, and key conversions Improving Google Business Profile presence and consistency Supporting Instagram/Facebook page buildout and ensuring branding and content are aligned with the store Requirements: Proven experience with Shopify CRO and technical setup Hands-on experience with Brevo (or similar ESPs) for ecommerce flows Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center and feed troubleshooting Solid understanding of Meta tracking (Pixel, CAPI) and paid traffic readiness Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking for ecommerce Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and propose a phased roadmap Portfolio or examples of previous Shopify stores where you handled: Trust/review setups Email flows GMC/Meta/tracking implementations Social page or brand buildouts (preferred)
