I have a surface-only part built in SolidWorks 2024 and I need it turned into a clean, fully enclosed solid that can go straight onto a CNC programmer’s desk. Nothing about the shape may change—no added mounting holes, fillets, chamfers, bosses, or any other tweaks; I simply require the exact geometry stitched, healed, and saved as a true solid. You will receive the native SolidWorks file as soon as we start. The final deliverable must be an error-free SLDPRT (and, if possible, a STEP copy) that passes SolidWorks “Import Diagnostics” without open edges or faulty faces so my machinist can generate toolpaths immediately. A quick turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy is paramount.
