I’m building a cross-platform Flutter application that lets tattoo studios run everything in one place. Clients can browse an artist’s portfolio, pick an open slot on the calendar, and receive automatic reminders. Artists approve, reschedule, or cancel appointments, upload healed-work photos, and leave notes that stay with the customer profile. Shop managers get a dashboard view of every chair, while a master admin oversees settings, staff, and promotions. Key modules I need you to develop: • Appointment scheduling with real-time availability and simple rescheduling • Portfolio galleries where artists tag styles, list starting prices, and update images on the fly • Customer management so each booking updates a profile containing past visits, consent forms, and contact info The app must honor four distinct roles—customer, artist, shop, and admin—each seeing only the screens and data meant for them. I already have wireframes and brand assets; your task is to turn them into clean Flutter UI, connect to Firebase (or a modern backend you recommend), and keep the code modular so we can layer in payments later. Project is done when I receive: 1. Flutter source in a private Git repo, with a concise README 2. Working Android build plus an iOS simulator demo (web build is a bonus) 3. Firestore (or equivalent) schema with seed data 4.
