We’re a small LA-based software team with five skilled developers who are currently unavailable for new roles. We’re now looking for one capable individual to join our team in a non-coding role. What You’ll Do: - Find and secure job opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Toptal, etc. - Conduct technical interviews using profiles of our developers - Manage projects and client communication after landing the job - Act as the main contact point with clients, ensuring smooth delivery - Stay on top of project progress by working closely with our assigned developer You won’t be coding, but you’ll need to understand development well enough to speak confidently with clients and pass technical interviews. What We’re Looking For: - 3–5 years experience in one of the following: - JavaScript (React, Vue, Angular, Node) - PHP (Laravel, Symfony) - Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) - C# (.NET, ASP.NET Core) - Strong English (B2 or higher) - Great communication skills and camera-on presence - Experience with project management - Confident in technical interviews and client-facing meetings Preferred Locations: - USA (especially recent Bootcamp grads) - South America, Canada, Mexico, Iran, Turkey (Not currently hiring East Asian-named applicants)
