I need someone who can connect my existing Zoho CRM with Twilio so every voice call and SMS we make or receive is automatically captured against the right lead, contact, or deal. Once the two platforms talk to each other, I also want to trigger three key workflows: • real-time lead tracking and assignment the moment a call or text comes in • automated follow-up texts or calls based on predefined rules (for example, if a lead hasn’t replied within 24 hours) • a streamlined path for agents to handle quick customer-support interactions from inside Zoho without switching screens You’ll be responsible for configuring Twilio numbers, setting up the webhooks/API connections, mapping fields in Zoho, and testing end-to-end so every interaction is logged, time-stamped, and reportable.
