As our current version is not showing users data after taking a quiz/course, I need the current WordPress / WPLMS 3.9 site cloned to a staging environment, upgraded there to version 4, and fully validated before we touch production. The brief is migration-only—no new features or theme tweaks—so the end result must mirror today’s functionality exactly, only running on the latest WPLMS build. During validation I will focus on user data and progress. Course completions, quizzes, and any other native 3.9 elements must behave just as they do now; if something breaks, troubleshoot and document the fix. Deliverables • Staging clone running WPLMS 4 with all data intact • Clear, repeatable upgrade steps (scripts or written guide) so I can apply the process to the live site later • Post-migration report confirming that user progress and core functions match the original site Please rely on standard WordPress tools—phpMyAdmin, WP-CLI, child theme handling where relevant—and keep downtime on the live site to an absolute minimum when we move forward. It's very important that you have worked before with WPLMS.
