Above that, the first floor should hold three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Vastu alignment is a top priority for me, so I’m looking for a designer who can balance efficient circulation, structural practicality and strict Vastu principles—especially with the plot’s corner orientation. We will communicate either in Hindi or Telugu; I’m comfortable in both and will need clear explanations as doubts arise.
