Web-Based Smart Parking System

I’m building a Smart Parking System that runs entirely through a browser. The core modules I need developed are: • Time tracking – every vehicle’s entry and exit must be stamped to the second and stored for later reporting and billing. • Vehicle registration via RFID tags – drivers scan once and the system should pull the tag ID, match it to a plate number and open the gate instantly. • Staff registration with two access tiers – an Admin workspace for full control (add / remove / edit users, rates, reports) and a Staff workspace for day-to-day monitoring, check-ins and basic edits. The project is pure web tech, so please use a modern stack you’re comfortable with (React, Vue, Laravel, Node, Django—your choice, just outline it). RFID readers will be exposed over the network via an SDK/API; I’ll supply sample data and device documentation. Acceptance criteria: a responsive browser UI, live RFID reads updating the dashboard in real time, role-based authentication working for Admin and Staff, and a downloadable CSV or PDF that shows detailed time-tracking logs.
