We need a web-based platform to manage and monitor proprietary devices installed across Italy. Each device has a unique progressive code (001, 002, etc.), a dedicated phone number, installation details, and contact information. Devices send a phone call every 72 hours as a heartbeat signal. The system must detect these calls, determine whether devices are communicating correctly, and flag devices that stop communicating. Devices can also generate alarm calls to different numbers, which must be recognized and logged. In case of missing communication or alarms, the platform must send automatic email notifications to an internal email and daily summary emails to the on-site contact. Each device has an annual call center contract. About 30 days before expiration, the system must email the contact with a link to a form to confirm or update billing details. No billing, CRM, or commercial features are required.
