An end-to-end web application is required to streamline how our teams and clients follow projects from planning through delivery. The build must cover three core functions: • Task tracking – create, assign, comment on, and update tasks with deadlines and attachments. • Resource management – see workload, availability, and adjust allocations in real time. • Reporting and analytics – intuitive dashboards plus exportable summaries that highlight progress, risks, and KPIs. Primary users will be project managers, team members, and clients, each with a role-based permission set so they only view the information relevant to them. The interface should be responsive in all modern browsers, load quickly, and feel intuitive for non-technical users. Deliverables: 1. Working web app deployed to a staging server, complete with database schema and source code in a Git repository. 2. Documentation that covers environment setup, configuration, and a brief user guide. 3. Acceptance tests showing all three modules operate without critical bugs and that dashboards load in under three seconds on a sample data set of roughly 1,000 tasks. Tech stack is flexible—React, Vue, Angular, Node, Django, Laravel, or a similar framework is fine as long as the final code is clean, well-commented, and maintainable.
