Here’s the current stack and what I expect from the finished workflow: Zapier ↔ WhatsApp Business API Use WATI or 360dialog webhooks so every submission coming from the RSVP form is instantly acknowledged on WhatsApp. After the initial confirmation, the same flow must schedule 30-day, 7-day, and 1-day reminders automatically. Google Forms → Google Sheets The existing RSVP form already feeds a Google Sheet. You’ll optimise and structure that sheet so Zapier can fire the right messages and apply guest tags cleanly. Guest tagging & personalised links I need tags for VIP, Sangeet, and Wedding-only guests and an easy way to generate personalised /hidden links for a handful of VVIP invitees. Tidio chatbot Please embed a Tidio bot on the Wix site that can answer common questions (venue, dress code, timings) and hand over to WhatsApp when needed. Wix site tweaks • Protect certain pages with a password • Create hidden VIP pages that unlock through the personalised link Acceptance criteria • End-to-end demo showing an RSVP triggers confirmation plus the three timed reminders on WhatsApp • Tagging visible in the Google Sheet and reflected in Zapier paths • Tidio bot live on Wix, tested on desktop and mobile • Clear documentation of every Zap, webhook URL, and WhatsApp template used When you reply, share one or two examples of similar automations you’ve built, your hourly rate, and a ballpark of how many hours you expect this setup to take.
