Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced AI automation developer to build an MVP for a WhatsApp-first automation platform designed to streamline operational workflows for service-based businesses. The system will act as an AI-powered operational assistant that interacts with customers via WhatsApp, automates certain repetitive business processes, logs activity data, and generates automated notifications to customer and business owners to maintain their internal accounts at ease and customer interaction. The goal of this project is to develop a functional MVP within weeks that demonstrates the feasibility of the automation concept. Detailed business requirements will be shared during a discovery call. Core Scope (High Level): The developer will help build an automation system that includes: • WhatsApp-based conversational interaction • AI-assisted conversation handling • Structured data collection through chat flows • Automated workflow triggers based on user inputs • Database logging of activities/events • Automated notifications and reminders • Basic admin dashboard for monitoring records This is not intended to be a full-scale enterprise product at this stage, but rather a working MVP to validate the concept.
