I'm operating a care home service in Sweden, currently housing six clients who permanently reside in my establishment. I am not interested in the existing systems on the market, as they are prohibitively expensive and do not meet my needs effectively. They lack integration, proper development, and adherence to standards. What I require is a tailored system for my clients that includes the following features: 1. Implementation Plan: For each of the six clients, the system should cover nine different life areas (such as communication, health, daily life, free time, etc.). Each life area should define a goal, specify WHAT actions need to be taken, identify WHEN these actions should occur, and designate WHO will be responsible for them and HOW. 2. Documentation: This feature will allow my employees to document only 2.1 important occurrences or 2.2 deviations from the implementation plan in the 9 life areas. 3. Routine: Guidelines for each life area, derived from the implementation plan, outlining how our staff should perform their duties. Activity: The system should clearly outline: onr of 9life areas - Which life area the activity pertains to - What actions to take - How to carry out these actions - When they should be done - Who is responsible for them These components need to be integrated, capturing what, when, who, and how. Additionally, a simple database should monitor documentation from employees, tracking whether goals are reached, counting deviations, and determining if they are positive or negative. Furthermore, the system should include: - A page for daily entries - A page for to-do lists The system should developed with a desktop interface, specifically for Windows. The system should include user authentication functionality. Ideally, it should also have API and database integration, and may have integration with another system.
