I want the entire shopping experience—from the first click on a product image to the final payment confirmation—to feel sleek, fast, and trustworthy. Scope of work The main priorities are: • Design & UI – Apply a clean, minimal look, refine the layout for desktop and mobile, and optimise load speed without sacrificing aesthetics. • Product listings – Re-organise categories, rewrite or polish copy where needed, and ensure every SKU has clear images, variants, and SEO-friendly data. • Payment gateway – Audit the current setup, integrate a more seamless and secure gateway if required, and test end-to-end to eliminate checkout friction. Beyond the revamp I will need light, ongoing management: routine updates, security checks, and quick fixes should anything break after deployment. Deliverables 1. Staging site with the new theme and layout fully functional. 2. Updated catalogue (≈200 products) migrated back to live with zero data loss. 3. Tested payment gateway, confirmations, and refund flow. 4. Handover document outlining theme settings, plugins, and maintenance schedule.
