The final product must be visually professional, build trust, and ensure every visitor has a clear, prominent path to request a quote. Core Structure & Page Requirements (5 Pages) The project involves developing and populating the following five essential pages with content we will provide: Homepage: Must feature a strong value proposition, social proof (testimonials), services summary, and immediate, highly visible CTAs. Services: Clearly define 3 core offerings and use structured content to set client expectations and budget ranges. Our Work (Portfolio): Develop a layout suitable for detailed Case Studies (Problem to Solution to Result). About Us: Humanize the brand by detailing the agency's story, mission, and process. Contact Us: Primary conversion page. Must feature a simple, yet qualifying contact form. Technical Requirements & Stack STARTING POINT (CRITICAL): The existing WordPress installation is corrupted. The freelancer MUST perform a clean, fresh install of WordPress via the Hostinger control panel before starting any development work. Hosting: Hostinger (Access will be provided via the Access Manager). Preferred Stack: The preferred stack is the Astra Theme paired with the Elementor Page Builder (free version). We require this stack due to its focus on speed and maintainability. If you propose an alternative theme, you must justify why it will deliver superior speed and maintenance over Astra. Design/Branding: Utilize a professional palette (e.g., Blue for trust) and a contrasting, high-visibility accent color (e.g., Orange/Red) for all CTAs and conversion elements. Key Deliverables Content Population: Replace all dummy text and images with provided content on all 5 pages. Performance Optimization: Aim for a Google PageSpeed Insights score of 90+ on mobile and desktop, utilizing the pre-installed LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Conversion Forms (CRITICAL):Install and configure a reliable form plugin (WPForms preferred).Implement SMTP on the Hostinger server to ensure all quote requests are delivered reliably and immediately to our admin email. Maintainability: The final site must be easy to update by non-technical staff using Elementor. Access: We will provide secure access to the Hostinger account via the Hostinger Access Manager and a temporary WordPress Administrator login after the clean install.Handover: You must provide a brief guide covering basic updates and delete your temporary user accounts upon project completion.
