Functional requirements • Calendar: visitors choose their travel date. • Dynamic pricing: total updates automatically as they add or remove participants. • Pickup field: free-text box where guests enter their preferred pick-up point. • Checkout: credit-card payment in one seamless flow. I already have PayPal but would love a cheaper gateway; if you can recommend and integrate an alternative, I’ll happily add a tip for you.
