I own a small, Ireland-based nuts shop that runs entirely on WordPress / WooCommerce. Every second week I need someone to jump in and keep the storefront fresh, accurate, and trouble-free. Your core focus will be adding or removing products, updating prices, swapping photos, and checking that stock levels match our warehouse sheet. After each session I’d like a short note outlining what was done and flagging any issues you spotted—failed payments, plugin conflicts, or anything that could hurt sales. Beyond the catalogue work, routine housekeeping matters: run core, theme, and plugin updates safely, back up the site, keep an eye on security notices, and make sure page speed or checkout flow hasn’t taken a hit. If you enjoy light on-page SEO tweaks or other quick wins that lift search visibility, feel free to suggest them; it’s a bonus, not a requirement. Every two weeks I expect: • Updated product list with current prices, images, and descriptions • Stock quantities synced with my internal spreadsheet • WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates completed and tested • Brief written report of changes and any issues You should already be comfortable inside WooCommerce. Experience with other platforms such as Shopify is welcome, but WordPress proficiency comes first. Reliability, clear communication, and orderly work habits are non-negotiable because this is an ongoing, part-time engagement with flexible hours. To apply, send me: • A short introduction • A summary of your ecommerce experience (especially WordPress) • Links to stores you currently manage or have managed • Your availability and hourly or per-update rate Looking forward to working together to keep the nut shop running smoothly.
