I run a small WordPress site that needs a quick tidy-up. First, I want fresh wording on both the Homepage and the Contact Us page; however, I can’t currently reach the admin area, so the job starts by helping me recover or reset that access. Once inside, please set things up so I can edit copy on my own in the future—whether that’s by creating a clearer role for me or installing a simple text-editor plugin. Next, I’d like every original artwork file sitting in the media library downloaded and handed back in PNG format. While you are there, swap in two new photos I’ll provide and correct the embedded Google Maps link so it pinpoints our exact location. The final and slightly bigger task is to retire Stripe and connect our checkout to a new bank gateway. I already have the bank’s API docs; you just need to integrate, test, and confirm that payments flow through and the order status updates correctly in WordPress/WooCommerce. Deliverables (done and tested): • Admin access restored and an easy method for me to edit text • Updated Homepage and Contact Us copy live • Complete PNG archive of all existing artwork delivered via shared drive link • Two new photos uploaded and displaying properly • Google Maps embed showing the right address and location • New bank payment gateway fully integrated, with a successful test transaction recorded in the store’s dashboard See email below If you are comfortable juggling a bit of WordPress housekeeping with a gateway switch, this should be a smooth, short engagement. Here is the email I sent to the company in terms of the initial scope but they failed to reply 1) Google maps HYPERLINK to the Google mops pin object (so it fires up google maps and routes to the location) under web site heading 'location'. 2) Photo of the shopfront on main web site placed at or near the 'location' area of the web site for quick visual reference when on foot or vehicle (which currently appears under google maps designation on Google Street View or better still a new high quality storefront photo - please provide email address for this). 3) Moving of the registered Google maps pin, as its building placement is not accurate even though the street view photo of the storefront is correct. To see what I mean, if you go to the current live google maps link, and then zoom in on Thaiwander travel, you will see the Thaiwander travel pin https://maps.app.goo.gl/c9uUWdQePZGfENti7 actually being on the wrong side of the building. If you zoom in sufficiently you will see two restaurants, The Thai Garden (closest to Thaiwander travel) and the Coffee Garden). Next to the Thai Garden you will see a cluster of three trees, and a small clearing. Thaiwander is adjacent with and closest to the centre tree and for deliveries and customers alike we require the google pin to be located (moved) to this point on the current building. 4) We are in the process of designing a new business card and stationary, can you please email or email a link to download Thaiwander logo's and fonts so we can give to our card publisher in all stored formats eg EPS, PDF, JPG etc. 5) please change the terms and conditions under governing law located at https://www.thaiwander.com/about-us/terms-conditions/ Presently the site mentions the legal jurisdiction for the contracts formed is that of Australia when it states 'These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.' Currently we use stripe but this is far to slow (at least 7 days) for payments, our bank's processor can do next day payment.
