What I need from you • A concise, well-structured report comparing WordPress with a custom PHP/Python build against the requirements in the attachments. • A firm recommendation backed by data on scalability, security, maintenance workload, extensibility and overall cost of ownership. • A high-level implementation roadmap: milestones, estimated timeline and the main plugins, frameworks or APIs you’d rely on if WordPress is chosen. Acceptance criteria • The comparison directly references the features and growth plans described in the brief. • Pros, cons and trade-offs are spelled out without jargon. • Deliverable is submitted as a PDF or DOCX no later than the agreed deadline. If the advice is spot-on there will be a follow-on contract to build the site, so practical experience with both WordPress and frameworks like Laravel or Django is a strong plus.
