I’ve already purchased WP Rentals and need it installed on my server, demo data included, then reshaped so it feels uniquely mine. The job has three main pillars: • Layout: I’ll share wireframes for the homepage, property-listing template, plus refreshed header and footer. Build these in a child theme so future updates stay safe. • Colors: I have a fixed brand palette. Apply it across every element—buttons, typography, icons—so the site is visually consistent. • Features: I’d like several small but useful additions, such as an improved search filter, custom booking fields and an on-page availability calendar tweak. Where possible use the tools that ship with WP Rentals (WPBakery, theme options, custom widgets) and add lightweight code only when necessary. Acceptance criteria – Clean install of WP Rentals and child theme – New layouts match my mockups on desktop & mobile – Brand colors implemented site-wide without breaking accessibility contrast – Added features work seamlessly with existing booking flow – A brief hand-off note outlining any custom code or plugins used I can provide hosting access, the color codes, and the design files as soon as we start.
