I already have a working school management app in Zoho Creator, but several modules still use the out-of-the-box forms and workflows. I now need them adapted to match our real-world processes. Scope of customisation • Student management – build forms and reports for enrolment tracking, daily attendance and termly grade reporting. Workflows should post automatic email/SMS alerts to parents when attendance drops or grades are published. • Teacher management – add dashboards for performance evaluation, automate attendance tracking from staff check-ins and let teachers manage their own timetables through a schedule interface. • Class scheduling – create a drag-and-drop style calendar (native Deluge scripting or Zoho Calendar API, whichever is cleaner) that prevents room or teacher clashes and pushes updates to both student and teacher portals in real time. • Invoicing – link fee schedules to a student’s enrolment status, generate invoices, and sync paid status back to the parent portal; we already hold a Zoho Books subscription, so please wire the two apps together rather than building billing from scratch. Acceptance criteria 1. All new forms, reports and workflows must live inside the existing Creator app and respect our current roles/permissions. 2. No data loss on migration; existing student, teacher and class records must remain intact. 3. User testing with a sample dataset of 20 students and 10 teachers should run error-free. 4. Handover includes annotated Deluge scripts and a short Loom walkthrough so my in-house admin can maintain the app. If you have proven experience stretching Zoho Creator/Deluge and can start within a week, I’m ready to share the app access and jump on a quick call to clarify the data model.
