I want to see exactly how each member of my sales team spends the hours between 08:00 and 18:00, and I’d like to do it without jumping between Zoho reports. Your task is to build a custom dashboard inside Zoho CRM (or Zoho Analytics, if that is the more efficient route) that pulls call, email, notes, and task data for every rep and arranges it in an hourly bar-chart view. Key functions I need: • A bar chart that stacks or groups the three activity types for every hour so I can spot peaks and gaps in productivity at a glance. • Toggle filters that let me narrow the data by any date range and by individual salesperson; other dimensions can stay out of sight for now. • Quick-scan tables placed beneath the charts that summarise totals for the chosen period and instantly flip between daily, weekly, and monthly views. Deliverables I will sign off on: 1. A fully functioning dashboard embedded in my Zoho CRM account, tested with real data. 2. Field mapping and queries that ensure calls, emails, notes, and tasks flow in automatically—no manual uploads. 3. Filter components for date range and salesperson that update every visual live. You’ll have direct admin access to a sandbox copy of our CRM, and I can supply sample activity data so you can verify the hourly buckets are lining up correctly. Once we confirm the logic in the sandbox, we’ll push to production together. I’m looking for someone who already knows their way around Zoho Analytics widgets, dynamic filters, and the quirks of CRM modules, so we can get this into the team’s hands quickly.
