I have a batch of 100 projects that each need a matching pair of floorplans—one fully dimensioned 2D drawing and one 3D plan. The set will drive architectural planning decisions, so every room must read accurately and clearly. I will supply rough sketches, PDFs, and field notes; your job is to convert them into clean drawings that already show furniture and fixtures so we can test circulation and space allocation before committing to construction. The 2D files should arrive as layered DWG (or an equivalent format we agree on) with proper line weights, dimensions, and room labels. The 3D counterpart should be an editable model (SKP, RVT, or OBJ preferred) plus a high-resolution rendered view so non-technical stakeholders can visualise the design. I expect consistent furniture libraries, naming conventions, and the same scale across both representations of each unit. When you respond, include a detailed project proposal outlining: • Your workflow and the software you intend to use (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). • Turnaround time per plan and how you handle revisions. • Quality-control steps that guarantee dimensional accuracy. • Team set-up if more than one person will be working on the files. Deliverables will be considered complete when: • 100 2D floorplans and 100 matching 3D floorplans are submitted. • All drawings include the agreed furniture and fixture set. • Scale accuracy is within ±2 %. • Up to two revision rounds per plan have been addressed. If this volume and level of detail fit your skills, I’m ready to review your proposal and get started.
