I have a finished 2D architectural layout (PDF/DWG) and need it translated into a fully realised 3D floor plan. Every wall, opening and room dimension must match the drawings precisely, then be dressed with modern-style furniture and décor. I also need the main pieces shown with their measurements so it is clear that all proportions remain accurate. Please work in whichever pipeline suits you—AutoCAD for the reference import, then SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or a similar tool for modelling, texturing, lighting and final rendering—as long as the output looks clean, contemporary and believable. When you reply, include a link to comparable work you have produced, note how long you will need once the 2D files arrive, and outline your pricing structure so I can plan milestones.
