I have an artistic sculpture saved as an STL and I’d like a clean 3 mm × 45° chamfer added around the designated edge band before I machine it in wood. The geometry is otherwise finalized, so the only change should be the beveled edge; every other surface, vertex count, and overall proportions must remain intact and watertight. Please work directly on the existing STL, then return: • The updated, error-free STL with the chamfer applied • A quick screen grab or viewport capture that clearly shows the bevel dimensions for visual confirmation The chamfer needs to measure exactly 3 mm at the face with a true 45-degree angle so that my CNC toolpath will cut cleanly in hardwood. No additional surface finish detailing is required—just ensure there are no non-manifold edges or mesh artifacts introduced in the process. If you use Meshmixer, Blender, Fusion 360, or similar software, note that I’m comfortable reviewing files from any of those platforms as long as the final output is STL. Thanks for keeping the file lightweight and production-ready.
