I’ve just acquired a 3-bedroom apartment that needs a complete design package—from concept mood boards all the way through to on-site implementation documents. My overall vision is modern, yet I want a subtle traditional essence to come through via carefully chosen artwork, rugs, and other decorative accents. Scope • End-to-end spatial planning for all rooms, balconies, and circulation areas • Full 3D visualisations (three polished, client-ready models/renders) to lock design intent • Detailed working drawings for electricians (lighting, power, low-voltage, switchboard schedules) and carpenters (custom wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, TV unit, etc.) with clear dimensions and material call-outs Tools & Format AutoCAD / Revit (DWG, RVT) for plans and elevations, and SketchUp / 3ds Max or similar for renders—whatever lets you deliver layered files I can pass straight to site teams. Acceptance I’ll consider the job complete when: 1. Each room has an approved 3D view matching the agreed concept. 2. Electrical and carpentry drawings are coordinated, labelled, and ready for contractors to print at A1. 3. A single packaged folder contains all native files, PDFs, and a short specification sheet for loose furniture and the traditional accent pieces. If you have a streamlined method to keep modern lines while weaving in those cultural touches, let’s get this design rolling.
