3D-Printable Enclosure STL

I need a clean, watertight STL for a small enclosure that houses an Adafruit Featherwing screen and additional electronics. The overall outside dimensions are 109 mm × 71 mm × 71 mm with 25 mm radius corners along the depth of the enclosure body. You will be working from a full-scale Adobe Illustrator file that contains all the details, measurements, and reference photos created in 3D from the drawings. You will receive a reference PDF, the Illustrator file, and high-resolution reference photos. The Illustrator file is the authoritative source for all dimensions — the 3D renders are for visual reference only. The enclosure will be professionally printed. Final material is TBD but must be heat-resistant (capable of withstanding brief contact with a household iron for veneer application). Please optimize geometry for general printability rather than a specific process. Critical points: Model exactly from the drawings: body dimensions, cutouts for the momentary button, the screen window, and the USB port, as well as the mating edge between the body and its separate lid. Interior edges of cutouts may be filleted. Exterior edges between the faces and the depth of the enclosure must be square without chamfers, as I will be applying wood veneer to all visible surfaces. The lid does not use snaps, screws, or hinges — just a loose friction fit with 1 mm total clearance (0.5 mm per side). Once printed I will keep it in place with sticky tack. Wall thickness is 3 mm throughout. All dimensions are in millimeters. Please recommend a print orientation that gives the best surface finish on the front face, though all visible faces will receive wood veneer. Deliverables: Final STL exported in millimeters, plus the native CAD file in STEP format so I can tweak it later if the board layout changes. If everything lines up to the exact dimensions in the Illustrator file and the STL slices without errors, the job is done.
