3D Simulation & Recommendation Engine

I need a real-time 3D simulation that showcases my consumer-electronics product inside three fully customisable scenes: a living room, an office, and a home-theatre set-up. The viewer must be able to rotate, zoom and interact with the device, toggle ports or features, and swap finishes or colours on the fly. I also want realistic lighting that reacts to scene changes, plus texture maps that I can replace without touching code. Beyond the visuals, the project must include a recommendation engine that analyses the user’s chosen environment and settings, then suggests the optimal product configuration (for example, colourways that complement the selected décor or accessory bundles that fit the user’s space). A rules-based system is fine to start, but please architect it so I can plug in machine-learning logic later. Deliverables • Three Unity/Unreal/WebGL scenes (Living Room, Office, Home Theatre) with baked and real-time lighting • Interactive controls for orbit, pan, zoom, and product feature toggles • Swappable texture/material system with an easy external JSON or CSV manifest • Environment parameter panel (lighting warmth, wall colour, floor finish, etc.) • Recommendation script/module that outputs the suggested configuration in real time • Clean, well-commented project files and a compiled demo build for Windows/macOS + WebGL Acceptance criteria • 60 fps on a mid-range desktop GPU at 1080p • Texture or environment swaps reflected in under two seconds • Recommendations update instantly after each parameter change • All source assets and code handed over on sign-off Furniture or vehicle scenes are not required right now, but please structure the project so I can add them later without a full rewrite.
