I need a voice AI built on Retell that can handle real sales conversations from start to finish. The assistant must pick up or place calls, keep multi-turn context, and respond with human-sounding, latency-free speech. Its three core duties are to book appointments directly into my calendar, answer product questions pulled from a living FAQ/knowledge base, and calm or redirect customer complaints without escalating to me unless necessary.
