I need an experienced n8n builder who can design, train, and deploy an AI-driven customer-support bot for my online store. This project is about moving beyond simple decision-trees to a conversation engine that understands context, speaks naturally, and plugs straight into the sales workflow. You will architect the full flow inside n8n, connect it to my store’s API, and layer in modern NLP services (OpenAI, LangChain or a comparable stack) so the bot can greet shoppers, surface product information, and escalate seamlessly when a human touch is required. The scope covers: • A clean, modular n8n workflow that handles conversation routing, data enrichment, and escalations • AI components (prompt templates and fallback logic) wired into the flow for accurate, brand-aligned responses • Secure integration with my e-commerce back-end, live-chat widget, and email ticketing system • A compact knowledge-base ingestion script that lets me update FAQs or policy text without code changes • Deployment and hand-off: Docker compose file or cloud setup, plus a brief video walkthrough and README Acceptance criteria: 1. Bot responds coherently to at least 50 test prompts drawn from real support logs. 2. Order lookup, status update, and return initiation succeed end-to-end in a staging store. 3.
